Merchandise may be returned within 3 days of delivery providing that small to moderate size clocks are double boxed by THE UPS STORE. and shipped pre-paid by UNITED PARCEL SERVICE, including insurance equal to the original purchase price of the clock. Larger clocks being returned must be shipped by a hauler designated by Old Timers. All returns must be pre-paid and insured for the full original purchase price of the clock. A restocking fee equal to 10% of the original purchase price of the clock, plus any packing/ shipping and insurance costs previously paid by Old Timers will be deducted before returning the balance to the buyer. No returns will be accepted on clocks from outside of the Continental United States. Visa and Mastercard purchases accepted only from U.S. Buyers. Deposits are non-refundable. Unless otherwise noted, all clocks are guaranteed to be complete and in good running order at the time of purchase. Minor adjustments are sometimes necessary after shipping. These are the responsibility of the purchaser. Clocks with reference numbers ending in the letter "C" have been consigned by their owners to Old Timers LLC and may not be returned. All have been professionally cleaned and adjusted for good running condition.
